What we collect
Your name, email, contact number, the Player UID you submit for a top-up, and the payment reference (wallet number and transaction ID). We never ask for your game password, OTP or full card details.
Why we collect it
To verify your payment, deliver your top-up to the correct account, provide support, and keep a record of your order history.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Payment references may be shared with the relevant mobile wallet provider only when a payment dispute needs verification.
Retention
Order records are kept for up to 24 months so we can resolve disputes and honour refunds. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your choices
Message our support channels to access, correct or delete your personal data. We respond within 72 hours.
