By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in BDT and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment transaction ID.
Delivery
Top-ups are delivered manually by our team, normally within 5 minutes and always within 24 hours. Delays can happen during game maintenance or wallet outages.
Correct UID is your responsibility
We deliver to exactly the Player UID you submit. Once a top-up has been delivered to a wrong UID provided by you, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver your order, you get a full refund to the wallet you paid from, within 24 hours of the failed delivery.
Fair use
Fraudulent payment claims, chargeback abuse or attempts to resell at misleading terms will result in a permanent ban.
